“One of my greatest joys is to see people get healthier, to help them exceed their expectations and actualize their goals. All while realizing that exercise is fun”.

Josh is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, ISSA Certified Youth Fitness Trainer, and has a passion to help others that is unmatched! He is also a Lieutenant with the Lafayette Township Fire Department where he serves as a Firefighter/Paramedic and EMS Instructor.

Josh has been training in the gym most of his life and continues to learn and grow each year to improve his knowledge and skills to share with his clients.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your overall fitness, or gain muscle, Josh tailors each workout to his client’s needs. With years in the gym and a medical background to help prevent injuries, Josh will get you fit and keep you healthy!
