What age is appropriate to start fitness training?
Ages 10-12 are a good starting point to establish good fitness routines.

Are the workouts the same as adults?
No.  Most exercises in the workouts are modified to be appropriate for developing bodies.
Can you train more than 1 person at the same time?
Yes.  Each additional person can be trained for $10/session.  In order to provide each person with individual instruction and monitoring we limit this to 3 people.  We will modify the workouts as necessary for each individual.
How do your workouts compliment athletic development?
Improving balance, speed, coordination and increased strength.

How much weight can I lose?
There are many factors that affect weight loss.  In general, how much you can lose is based on your goals and body type.
Do I have to diet?
Nutrition certainly plays a factor in fitness.  Altering your diet ultimately depends on your fitness goals.
Does working out hurt?
Although actions are taken to prevent injury.  Minor soreness and discomfort are typical as the body improves.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No.
Ladies: will I get bulky?
Not if you don’t want to! We’ll tailor a program that will focus more on getting you more lean.
Guys: Can I bulk up?
Yes.  We can focus on the areas you want to bulk up in with a heavy weight program.
How often do we work out?
You can workout however many days you like within safe parameters.  However 2-3 days per week is recommended to achieve your goals.
How long before I start to see results?
Results vary by individual but typically others will notice a difference in as little as 4 weeks.
Can I do a group session along with individual sessions?
Absolutely!

Working out in a group is a great way to take the “work” out of working out!  Get the benefits of professional instruction at a dramatically reduced cost.

50 to 70 minutes
Are there breaks? 
Yes – breaks are built into the session.
What if I can’t do certain parts of the workout?
Modifications are discussed throughout the session to accommodate all fitness levels.
What if I have to leave before the workout is over?
Then you have to leave! 😉
Can I get a discount if I buy multiple class sessions?
Yes.  Punch cards are available that offer 10 sessions for the price of 7!
